Are components available for Scrum projects?

I would like to use components in my SCRUM projects as a method to organize tasks. However, I am not seeing the option to do this.

Components are only available for Company managed projects as of now

It's not available in team-managed projects. Here's a feature request on the same

That is because you have selected a Scrum project managed by the team, if you had solved the one managed by the company, you would have them
