Are Next-Gen projects available in Jira Server version or only Jira Cloud?

One of our teams did a trial of Jira Cloud and utilized Next-Gen. It is a feature they really liked. Our concern with Jira Cloud is space limitation, so we are considering Jira Server. Is Next-Gen available in Jira server version?

They are Cloud only, for the foreseeable future.
