Approve button missing from JIRA feilds

All, I have a project for Travel in my JIRA and I have noticed an issue with one of the user wherein he is unable approve any travel requests since he isn't getting any approve button . He gets the reject button though & he is the only one facing the problem . So I have no clue on how this is happening . Appreciate inputs from you guys.

Your workflow has a condition on the "approve" transition that is blocking him.  You'll need to edit the workflow to find out what it is, and either change it, or adjust his account to meet the condition.
