We have a Jira project where we want to add an approval workflow (something like Jira Service Management has). I was wondering if it's possible and if there's any documentation/how-to guide.
Jira does have an approval process, but only if you are using a team-managed work management project. There are ways to work around this, I wrote about it in this article. There are also apps in the Marketplace that can add this fuctionality.
