Hello,
I have a Linux server with JIRA and Confluence installed on it. Both apps are running fine, however, my application links are not working like expected.
Within Confluence, I have successfully created an application link to JIRA.
Within JIRA, the application link I have to Confluence shows network error.
The remote application is not responding
The connection to https://URL was refused. Confluence may be down or blocked by a firewall. Alternatively, the Application URL for the remote application may be incorrect or may have changed recently.
I have tried all sorts of things and am having no luck. I just looked at the JIRA log and came across this:
/rest/applinks/3.0/status/8690a723-91a4-33b8-81c6-b0664b744f31 [c.a.applinks.core.DefaultApplinkStatusService] Network error while attempting to retrieve status of Application Link '8690a723-91a4-33b8-81c6-b0664b744f31'
App URL is the base URL of Confluence.
Outgoing and incoming Local Auth is set to OAuth (impersonation).
JIRA and CONF use the same authentication and set of users.
Anyone have any ideas what the cause could be?
I recommend you go through the troubleshooting guide here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/application-links-troubleshooting-guide-718668765.html
