Application Links Configuration Error - Confluence Upgrade

I am getting following errors after the Confluence Upgrade:

Custom JIRA Charts for Confluence required OAUTH
impersonation to be enabled to access JIRA data.

Error rendering macro "gadget"

https://confluence./rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.pyxis.greenhopperjira.greenhopper-gadget.sprint.burndown/gadgets/greenhopper.sprint-burndown-xml
was not added to Confluence instance yet.

I have tried resolving these issues by issuing a self signed certificate or enabling the OAuth authentication.

Did you also upgrade Custom Jira Charts for Confluence to the latest app version?

Possible reasons will include

• Base URL misconfiguration
• Proxy Configuration
• Need to authenticate in case the user is still not logged into Confluence
• SSL Certificate needs to be trusted on the destination server Keystore (Jira) in order to communicate back and forth

Check the logs for troubleshooting the error (You would get this in the troubleshooting and support tools section)
