I created App Link in both Project (from different JIRA) and tried to create a Project Link inside project setting > summary > Application Link.
But when selecting the App Link drop down list I couldn't see popup windows to let me choose the further (which happened when I click the default Confluence App Link item)
App Link authentication has been confirmed worked.
Any suggestion?

Go to your Jira Settings > Products > Application Links and confirm if the Application is indeed linked. If it's not there then it hasn't been linked.
Thanks @Prince Nyeche - ELFAPP for replying.
As said "App Link authentication has been confirmed worked."
I can see the "CONNECTED" in the link. the point is I couldn't see any popup when select the item from drop down list as mentioned.

Please can you share a gif image / screenshot of what you've done so far? so I can understand better which popup you're referring to and what's actually wrong.

Just to re-iterate; is it that, you connected your Jira Cloud with a Jira Server and this "Add Link" is from the Jira Server where you're having this issue? What version is the Jira Server?

To me, the "Add Link" button seems to be a mystery here and also this "project setting > summary > Application Link" doesn't exist on Cloud. So i'm wondering where such configuration is or probably it was added by an Add-on.
