In Chrome, when I go to MOVE a card to a different board, the drop down does not expand and I get an error in the console. See here:
However, I am able to expand the drop down just fine in Safari:
Is there anything I can do my end to resolve this, or is it a bug with Jira?
Hi @Jameson Rader , First off welcome to the community.
So I have seen odd issues from time to time in various browsers. In my opinion, this is not uncommon with software tools like this. The browser updates and or the application updates will conflict from time to time. However, they rarely last very long. That all is probably an obvious info. In any event, you could elect to report this to Atlassian support. Ultimately what I would do is to switch browsers temporarily. By the way, what version of chrome are you using? I have been using Chrome often on the past several weeks and have not experienced this problem. you might try some of the normal troubleshooting steps: Checking for the latest update of the browser, clearing the cache, restarting, the browser, etc.
Honestly, I tried to report the bug to Atlassian but have no idea how. Maybe I don't have enough reputation? Submitting here was the next best alternative I found.
