App Time is not working properly. I am unable to generate the timesheet.

I am using App Time to generate timesheets. I selected a work group and wanted the time sheet for a few set of users. i selected the period as one week to make it work faster.  it shows that data is being loaded but after some time, it says no data to show. i am sure that a lot of data is available.

Best bet is to contact the App Time support team directly — they'll be able to troubleshoot this faster and check if it's a data loading issue or a bug on their end.

If you're open to trying an alternative while they fix the bug, JetTime (a third-party Jira app) might work as a temporary solution — it generates weekly timesheets filtered by user or project with day-by-day breakdown and exports to Excel or PDF.

As this data is related and probably stored at their end, its an issue related to the app.
