Anyone on Cloud having Firefox security certificate errors and page load issues?

When accessing via Chrome, we seem to be mostly ok, but when accessing Jira Cloud using Firefox we are getting some pages with security certificate errors related to HSTS issues that prevent adding exceptions in Firefox... in addition, when trying to access even the login page for our instance, we are getting a JavaScript load error under the following domain: https://aid-frontend.prod.atl-paas.net/atlassian-id/front-end/5.0.71.

I am currently using the latest version of Firefox authorized by my company, Firefox Quantum Extended Support Release 60.9.0esr (64-bit) on a Windows 10 machine.

Hi @Russell Zera Have you checked in your firefox settings if it is allowing JS files to be downloaded from the above mentioned url?

It is possible that Firefox is blocking java script  files to be downloaded from this url. In this case, change settings in your Firefox to allow downloading files from above url.
