Hi, I tried to use the "Contact Jira Administrators" option but it shows that the contact form is not configured. Could you please configure the Contact Administrators settings in the system admin panel so users can submit requests?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here we are users of our own Jira instances. We don't have access to the instance you are using and we are not the administrators for it. We cannot fulfill your request to set up the "Contact Jira Administrators" feature for that system.

I recommend that you contact the support team for the company that does own that Jira instance.

If you are unsure who to contact, I recommend that you start with the people who told you to access that Jira instance, or that told you that your access to it had been granted.

@s11202128 As @Trudy P Claspill called out, you'll want to maybe email your Jira admins that work at your company.  This forum is for global, generic help from volunteers.    Hopefully, maybe, your company has a help page that might guide you in the right direction.  Maybe talk to your boss or coworkers?  They might be able to help you out.
