Anyone having trouble not able to see Test Steps and Test Cycle in JIRA?

Using Chrome browser, Test Steps and Test Cycle part appear as blank.

But, if i use Mozilla Firefox, Test Steps and Test Cycle are visible.

I already tried:

1. Clear cache

2. Restart browser and machine

3. Uninstall browser and download again

Anyone know how to resolved this?

Which test management app are you using, and what version is it?
