Hi all,
I encountered this issue last week, and today another user flagged it to me. Last week, I noticed in the chrome browser that my left hand navigation bar was expanded too far out and I couldn't click and drag it left without using firefox or going into a Chrome incognito window.
Today, another user that is looking at the backlog view on a scrum board in a space was trying to click on a ticket, and expand the right frame by clicking and dragging to the left.
We both tested and could only get it to expand by using an incognito window or the firefox browser.
Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix or a setting we can look at to allow this again?
We are on jira cloud and most of our users use the chrome browser.
Thank you!
Hi @Gregg Reaves if I'm understanding your use case, I'm not seeing the same behavior in my instance using Chrome.
I took a quick look on Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see any open issues.
Have you tried flushing your browser cache to see if that makes a difference?
With your Premium license, you can always contact Atlassian Support and have them weigh in on the work item.
Hope that helps.
Thanks for the reply, @Dan Breyen - yep, I tried clearing my cache. I'm now hearing from others that have the issue as well
If you navigate to a kanban board within a space and look at the backlog, when you click on a ticket, it opens on the right hand side of the screen, and normally there's a blue line you can click and drag to expand so everything isn't so crammed together and hard to look at fields and make updates (screenshot below)
Seems like no one can get that to move unless in an incognito window or using firefox.
If no other users are experiencing, I will contact support - we have a premium license.
