Anyone having issues with Reamaze <-> Jira integration

Anyone using Reamaze here and had/or is having issues with Reamaze <-> Jira integration? It seems that we are unable to link tickets within Reamaze to Jira.

Reamaze support suggested removing the Reamaze App from Jira, but we're unable to do so; we receive an error within Jira while trying to uninstall the Reamaze app.

Any feedback or suggestions?

Can you tell more details? what errors did you get? Did you try to contact with Reamaze app vendor?
