Anyone have success using the "diff" option? I am trying to calculate the difference between two dates. I used "minus" as well just to see if it gives me anything. I do not get any errors, says my custom action was successful but my field does not populate. I have tried as a text and as a number field.
Appreciate any feedback!
Ex. Issue.Created.diff{{Issue.Start date}}
Ex. Issue.Start date.diff{{Issue.Due date}}

I have used the diff function many times in Automation rules. Is that where you are trying to use it? If so, have you reviewed the documentation on the function use?
