Anyone else lost the scroll bar in old issue view?

I seem to have lost the ability to scroll down on issue pages when displayed in old issue view mode. The vertical scrollbar is gone, and the page is not even responsive to keyboard 'page up/down' pr 'home/end' commands. This only gets resolved when I switch to the new issue view, which I'm not a fan of (not compact enough).

Anyone else experienced this and found a way to resolve in the old view?

Welcome to Atlassian community.

The Scroll down/up are perfectly working on the old view of my JIRA instance when I use the arrow keys or the mouse scroll, as you can see in the screenshot below:

That been said, we will need more information to further investigate your issue:

- Have you tried to clear your browser cache?

- What is the browser you are using? Can you check if it reproduces in other browsers?

- What is your JIRA version?

- Is the problem only happening in the issue navigator page, as displayed in my screenshot?

- Is this problem also reproducing for other users on your site or when you try to use a different web/computer? Maybe your firewall or browse configuration could be blocking you to see some forms of JIRA.

Hi, sorry for the delayed feedback. It must have been a JIRA issue because the problem fixed itself after a few days. Now able to use scrolling in the old view. Thanks for your help though!
