Clear SSL Certificate Cache

  • This will open Internet Properties.
  • Switch to the Content tab,
  • Then click on Clear SSL state Now click Apply followed by OK.
  • Reboot your PC to take effect the changes,
  • Now open chrome browser and check there is no more errors.

Hello @catherine_wang and welcome to the community!

Did you recently install a certificate? Is your certificate expired?

catherine_wang February 11, 2020

Nope, the certificate works. Some of our accounts work, some showing error. We are wondering why. Thanks!

Found this from google support. Can you check the server and computer time to see if they match?

"Your clock is behind" or "Your clock is ahead" or "NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"

You'll see this error if your computer or mobile device's date and time are inaccurate.

To fix the error, open your device's clock. Make sure the time and date are correct.
