Some of our Jira users are intermittently getting an error when trying to access issues. They can leave it for a while and it works perfectly.
On some occasions they're unable to access the issue from within a project but are able to open it when they search.
The error says:
"You don't have access to this issues
Make sure the issue exists in this project, if it does, ask a project admin to see the project's issues"
They do have the correct permissions and the issues have not been deleted.
