Any migration plugin from youtrack to Jira server

Need to migrate issues from Youtrack to Jira Server, For this any plugin is there to migrate 

We have over all 20000 issues but in migration we can upload only 1000 issues can you please help me on this

You can simply export issues from Youtrack in CSV format and then import it in jira.

This is the best way to do it without spending money in the third party plugin as this is one time activity.
