I'm very newbee to atlassian products and I was wondering if there is any feature available in there to support and ease collaborative decision-making processes.
By this I mean the ability for "deciders" to put out a decision to take, describe it,, publish it to a selected crowd, analyse and decide, then communicate. This feature should be collaborative as deciders and crowd are located in various teams and locations.

any idea with the atlassian products or any other ?
