Any JQL that i can use to extract all Issue that are updated previous working day?

Any JQL that i can use to extract all Issue that are updated previous working day?

1. Say today is Tuesday, i would like to get all Jira issue updates Yesterday (Monday), 

2. Problem come is today is Monday, my JQL get Sunday instead of Friday. Idealy, i would like to get Fri, Sat and Sun issue update if today is Monday.
