Are there Any Add-on Apps that log changes to filters or Board settings?

We know Jira does not track UI changes or filter changes and have tried a few Audit Log apps...
But we have not found one that can tell us who changed the columns on a Board or edited the filters - again, and again, and, hey look it's a new week and the boards have been changed, again...

Good question. The way I get around it is to restrict who can edit the filters, that way I can go find the person who have that access :-). But yeah an entry to audit log would be useful.

Yes, I do understand that as best practice - but there is always that one team that wants everyone to have Rights - then is upset when the wild west chaos descends.
