Answer to the exam question

You are a project manager working on multiple projects, including "Project Apollo," "Project Atlantis," and "Project Horizon." Throughout the day, you often need to switch between these projects to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Currently, you are viewing the board for "Project Apollo." To efficiently manage your workload, you need to quickly access and switch between all your projects.

Where can you find the full list of your projects to seamlessly navigate between them?
A - Projects dropdown in the project sidebar
B - Projects dropdown in the main navigation bar

Hi, @Karolina Probierz

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Can't figure correctly, what Jira type you're using, but I suppose, it's on-prem edition, according to tags you set and terminology. In Cloud - Projects are called Spaces

To quickly switch between projects while viewing a board, use the Projects dropdown in the top navigation bar. Clicking Projects shows recently accessed projects and a View all projects link. Selecting that link opens the full project directory, listing every project you can access. From there, you can jump directly to project "Project Atlantis," "Project Horizon," or any other project.

that is why I am confused. I am preparing for an exam and have bought various prep exams - in that case udemy is the source. One of the questions is exactly like this and what I noticed they use different naming. I have only free license so I am trying to learn from it where to click to access various  places. In my licensee I also have Spaces not projects. And in my "instance, on the left hand side I have Spaces drop down and underneath I have all my projects mentioned and that would be my answer on the exam (Left hand side spaces drop down ). But that option does not exists within options... So Ither these refers to the old version of JIRA or the fact that I have only a free licance makes it looks different for me.

Understood.

In Cloud Jira - Projects were renamed by Atlassian to Spaces. There is no top navigation menu. All navigation is done in left sidebar. There is section Spaces with spoiler, and there you can see Spaces (projects) you recently used, and you can switch between them. Or view all Spaces.

You need to understand, for what product, Cloud or On-Prem these courses are.
If you use Cloud - they are not for you.

Thank you, do you know by any chance if the "Jira Essentials" exam questions refer to on prem or cloud license ?
