When I had admin rights, I created a user for the customer to have an overview of the tickets. The customer is in another country. Whe I login on an anonymous tab of Chrome, I have no issues. The customer gets a notification that a PIN was sent to the email. When I check that email, there is nothing. Not even in spam/junk.
I tried ChatGPT that recommended to clean cookies. Still getting a PIN email prompt.

Please contact with Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com). They will be able to check if PIN mail was sent or not.

Atlassian support suggests to talk to our company support that is overloaded. Only they can submit tickets to Atlassian.
