Have you refreshed the page and tried again?

Have you ever been successful in creating an issue in the same project that is giving you the error?

Are any other users experiencing the same project on your Jira instance?

Do you have this problem regardless of which project you try to create the issue in?

Have you tried a different browser application, clearing your browser cache, or a private browser window?

Cache issue, but I need to clear it very frequently.
