An automatic task creation error occurred

My JIRA version is 8.0.0.

The condition is that when an issue is commented

If, the manager for me

Then, create a subtask

But the result is a failure, and an error is returned

How can I solve this problem

This is an issue I encoutered many times in the past, there is an incompatibility between Automation for Jira and Script Runner.

The only two solutions I found were the following :

Disable automation for Jira and migrate all automation rules as Scriptrunner job/listeners
Upgrade Jira to a version 8.4.x or newer and remove automation for Jira : It became part of Jira and is no longer required to be installed separately. The version included in Jira is compatible with Script runner
