An admin user cannot prioritize the backlog

Audrey

One of our admin users (who is also the product manager) is unable to prioritize the backlog. He receives an error message that he doesn't have the ability to do this with his role. He has to be able to prioritize the backlog as the product owner. Please advise how to fix this problem.

Thanks.

Hi Audrey,

He will need Schedule permission for the project in question in JIRA to be able to rank issues.

If you are a JIRA admin, you can set this up - here's more details of how to do it:
