Am I able to create a more customized chart than what I see available in the gadgets?

I need a line chart like the one below that I created using separate spreadsheet software. Is there a way I can have JIRA just generate this report for me? I need the additional detail of priority added to the basic created chart available.

You can always use JQL to do a query and export that query as a chart of your choosing.

If you go to Issues > Search for Issues; Type the Query you want; In the upper-right hand corner click "Export" and select "Dashboard Charts"

That should give you a more tailored report.
