Allow users to create Quick Filters in KanBan boards

Can I allow normal users to create Quick Filters on KanBan boards - or is it an admin-only thing.

It is an admin only thing, but with the caveat the person who created the board is automatically an admin for it too.

Well you can do this using the Agile Board FIlter add-on which introduces a concept of private (user) filters.

Any user is able to create his private "Quick Filter"
