Allow JIRA Administrators do set that a user can be logged in from multiple workstations place at a time. If the user logs in into another workstation, the previous sessions should be retained.

Just as Robert said. There is a feature request regarding this matter. I would suggest you to vote for it and add yourself as watcher, in order to be notified of future changes.
