I am in Jira Free with my small team, i just reloaded the page and ALL work items in every backlog and every board have disappeared. No Filters, nothing. They are gone.
I logged into my other Jira Free Account, for a different context (personal development) and there too, ALL work items just vanished.
Then I log into the Jira of the company i work my day job at and there nothing changed, but they aren't in Jira free.
Whats happening, the status page is not indicating any problems?!
Hello @Daniel Rauhut
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you still experiencing this problem?
Do you see the projects/Spaces listed, or are there no projects either?
When was the last time before today that you successfully accessed the data?
Are you the Organization Admin for the Organization under which the subscription exists?
If it has been an extended period of time since you last accessed the data, your subscription may have been deactivated and deleted. Atlassian has stated in their documentation that they reserve the right to deactivate and delete Free subscription products that are left inactive for an extended period of time. Before deactivation they send warning emails to the Organization Admin. They send another email on the day they deactivate the subscription.
If your subscription has not been inactive, let us know and we can offer other debugging ideas.
I see several other community posts from earlier of people experiencing the same problem, though I am not experiencing it in my Free instance at this time.
Some of the other posts mention that it is affecting only Team-managed projects, others say it is also affecting Company-managed projects.
For some the problem stopped occurring without any intervention.
There doesn't appear to be an active incident for Jira showing in https://status.atlassian.com

Other people mentioned refreshing their browsers several times or doing a hard refresh/browser cache clearing, though it may be coincidental if the problem stopped after that.

Thank you, within roughly 30 minute the issue resolved itself, I had tried everything before though, clear cache, sign out - sign in, different browser, mobile app, different Jira Account.
I assume this was silently fixed, I also don't see any incident for today with Jira Status, for me it says "No incidents" for today.

I don't have any free account but all my instances are ok. When I did have a free account, I haven't encounter this exact situation. Could be something buggy. I remember when I couldn't search my issues at all and it suddenly work coming back to it the later part of the day or next day. My issue could have been some issue with the indexing however.
Perhaps later today...log back as incognito and see if the issues come back.

Thank you, it has resolved itself withint roughly 30 minutes, although I could verify this happening on two different free accounts while checking various ways including mobile app and different browsers. I assume it was silently fixed without an incident report.
