All reporter issues are in the backlog, only one reporter has issues appearing on the board

Hi all,

I have a problem in my JIRA deployment where only the issues created by one of our Reporters is appearing in the board for our active sprints.

When other reporters create issues, they appear in the backlog but won't appear on the board.

I can't see any filters in place that could be causing this problem.

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to the community.

What displays in the Backlog and Active Sprints screens for a Scrum board is first governed by the filter used for the board.

By default newly created issues that are within the scope of that filter will be added to the Backlog.

They need to be manually added to sprints, and the Sprints need to be started, in order for the issues to show up on the Active Sprints board.
