All of my done issues are still 'incomplete'

Dusty Hansen March 11, 2025

I just closed out my sprint and all of my issues marked 'done' are still showing as 'incomplete' and were moved to the next sprint.

I did add a new complete status of 'canceled' this sprint in the workfow. But all of my done issues are marked with a green checkmark and the 'done' status is in the done category.

I can't figure out what the problem is.

Hi @Dusty Hansen

Welcome to the community.

Is the "Done" status in the last column of the Spring Board?

If it's not the issues are not concerned done in the sprint and therefor not seen as complete.

Also see this KB article; done-or-resolved-issues-are-still-shown-as-incomplete-when-closing-sprints

I moved the column to the far right, but it didn't seem to "fix" my issue. Is there any way to fix the closed sprint? It has no completed issues in it basically, so it is throwing everything off.

Nevermind, I was able to repopen the sprint and close it again. Thanks for the help!

Hey @Dusty Hansen Welcome to the community!

Is there a resolution set on those issues? Check your workflow to ensure that the resolution is set as Done. Otherwise, the issues will be considered as Unresolved even if they are in Done status. So need to ensure that the issue is Done and the resolution is also set as Done.

Hope this helps!
