All my projects disappeared, including Jira Software tool

All my Jira Projects disappeared, and i am a standard user. Any suggestions of what i can do about this?

could you ask to a JIRA Admin in order to verify that your user has the correct rights to access projects. Probably your user has not Browse Issue permission for those projects.

Hi Fabio,

Thanks for your reply, i am the Admin using it for learning purpose. I think i mistakenly revoked my rights and all my projects/Admin rights disappeared; i can only access Trello. Im not able to find where i can contact JIRA Support because i have just a Standard version. Im hoping to get a suggestion.
