Hi!
I've been away on leave for a few months and ever since I came back to my organization, I see all keys (issue/ticket numbers) as crossed out (strikethrough). When a colleague of mine views the same list - it looks normal.
Doesn't really interfere with function, just annoying :)
Please assist

Are these issues indeed in Done status category and also have the Resolution field set? Since this is when the issues get strikenthrough.

These issues are not in DONE status.
I created a filter to view certain statuses that we set up in my organization and assigned to me.
When my boss looks at the same filter - he sees it as a regular issue (not crossed)

When you put that filter and JQL and search for it, does it also show a strikethrough issue?

That is indeed strange, could you provide a screenshot but blur our all of the important info.
