All jira user see all jira project list who is not added to that project?

Hi,

There are many project in my jira account. and I have many employees and they are able to see all my project list and their activity and if they are not added to those project.

How can I restrict the project list ?/

Please suggest me the best solution.

Hi @techsupport ,

You can update the project permission scheme and add "Members" & "Administrator" role to the "Browse Project" permission and remove the other options. So that only the people added to that project will be able to access and search.
