Al crear mi tarea aparece eliminada | When I create my task it appears deleted

Al crear una nueva tarea aparece con la línea enmedio dando la impresión de una tarea finalizada.

Cualquier sugerencia, muy agradecido.

When creating a new task it appears with a line in the middle giving the impression of a completed task.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

What type of Jira project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

The line is an indication that the Resolution field has been set. Does the Resolution field appear in the Create Issue screen?

If it is not being set manually it may be set automatically by the workflow

Can you provide an image of your Board and indicate which column the new issues appear?

Thanks @Trudy Claspill the problem was that the initial status "To Do" was set to the "Done" status category, for some reason that I still don't fully understand... I assume it was a mistake on my part as a Jira administrator. I changed the category to "Pending Status" and that was it. Thanks for the help.
