Agile board: Plan view with Jira Agile 6.3.4

Agile board: Plan view with Jira Agile 6.3.4

We are getting ready to upgrade to Jira Agile 6.3.4 but we have a question.

Why are the sprint sections of the plan view grayed out? Everything in the backlog looks fine, the way it alsways has. But the sprints have a gray contrast that makes it hard to see/read the ticket number and title.

Is there some configration I didn't find

This can be due to conflict with other add-ons. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AGILEKB/Sprints+are+Greyed+out+in+Planning+Mode
