We have one particular user who is unable to view one of our Agile boards in the Work mode. He has administrator privledge on the board and is also an administrator on the project the Board is shared with.
He can view both the Plan and Report, but when he clicks on Work he gets an error that says 'Sprint not Found'. We even tried closing the existing sprint and having him Start a new sprint, but this also doesn't solve the problem.
All other users with access to this Agile board can view the Work mode and see the columns, issues, everthing. So it isn't a problem where a sprint actually hasn't been started. I have run out of ideas, and wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue.
Ended up making a copy of the board and that now allows the user to view the Work board. Very odd.
Any luck?

I would try 2 things:
1. Do basic tech support; have him try it on other browsers, restart the machine, try a different computer.
2. Make a user (or find one) with exactly the same permissions/groups and see if the error is still there.
What version Agile and Agile JIRA are you using?

We are using JIRA 5.2 and JIRA Agile 6.3.2.2.
I've tried other users with the same settings and they don't experience that problem. They can view the Work mode just fine. Same as trying a different browser. It is very odd.
