Agile Story Map free trial not working with OnDemand

I added the free trial for agile story map to our JIRA OnDemand instance. However the plugin is not showing anywhere in the JIRA OnDemand user interface after repeatedly exiting the browser and restarting the app.

Max, I'd recommend you to raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.comunder the OnDemand Support project to have this investigated. From my point of view, this could be either a licensing problem or a technical issue, and since you're running OnDemand both areas are out of your hands.
