Hi Pascual,
When you say enable the Agile/Scrum project types what are you referring to? If you're trying to enable JIRA Software projects you'll need to install JIRA Software from the Applications page or download the installer.
When you go to System Administration > Applications you'll see the following if JIRA Software is installed:
If you see a message that says it's installed but not licensed or vice versa then you'll need to resolve that and you will have access to the JIRA Software projects.
if that's not what you're trying to do let me know and we'll go from there.
