Agile Issue printer cannot be used

Hello,
to be able to configure and print the Issue cards for each sprint, I installed the app "Agile Issue Printer".
Unfortunatly I am not able to access the app or use it. I have only the possibility to uninstall it.
Am I missing something or do I have to authorize the app of some sort?
