"Over the past 30 days what is the total amount of time we have lost due to cards being in an idle state?"
I have a series of columns in my board that constitute idle time (e.g. internally blocked, await customer). Historically, visibility of items in these columns has been an issue so I am currently driving a push to being better at resolving issues that prevent them from being progressed.
To show progress in this initiative, I would like to have a query that answers the question at the top, running every day to feed a report. This report would then give me a long term report to show whether the initiative is being successful and act as an early warning system if we are going back to our old ways.
I've found an add-on that allows this to be done card by card (Time in Status). But I can't find one that aggregates the data across organisation and project.
Anyone know of a more suitable add-on?
