I have a recently created agent that was setup correctly. Problem is they can not see any of the incident or service requests in Jira.
They get the following error message:
"We can't show this project."
You don't have permission to view it or it doesn't exist. Contact your admin to request access."

Two locations to check:
- People tab (check if the user roles)
- Permission (check if it user role/group has Browse project permissions)
