After upgrade to 8.7.1, Project Settings Users and Roles is blank

After a recent upgrade to v8.7.1, we have lost the ability to view the Users and Roles from within a project. The screen is blank. (It was the first upgrade in 2 years, so possibly missed a step)

Apologies for this - the issue was that I was using Internet Explorer. When I used Edge it is fine. Sorry for this one.
