After upgrade to 7.5.0 IE 11 and Chrome browser problems

I did an upgrade from 7.1.0 to 7.5.0, IE 11 will not display the Kanban board menus, they are greyed out.  Chrome hangs during Issue transition, some users have been able to fix by clearing cache.
