After upgrade jira from Jira v9.4. to Jira v9.12 got a problem in displaying comments when using quite, bq tags.
Jira v.9.4
Jira v.9.12
Is it possible to disable automatic conversion of text in tags
{quote}text{quote}
to double quotes
"text"
I want to get this result
test
This is very interesting. After checking on couple of instance od 9.12 I was not able to reproduce this behavior..
In all cases I got correct result no matter fi using {quote} or bq. feature..
Wondering is this something specific to your environment.. Does every user on this instance is having the same "problem"?

Yes, that was one of my thoughts, but using also Java 17, so probably not related exactly to this.. What operating system are you using? Windows, Linux?
How about those other users? Is there any one else having the same behavior? This would give us an answers is it client or server specific problem..

This problem is global, observed in all users of the system and in all projects.
What is interesting is that when editing a comment in the visual mode, the comment is displayed with a vertical line. Also, when viewing in the issue detail mode from the kanban board, comments with quotes are displayed with a vertical line.
