After the database is migrated from the server version to the datacenter version, users cannot log in to JIRA system normally。The version of JIRA system is 7.0.0

Hello @yuanlin ,

We need more information here to better understand your problem.

  • Was JIRA instance connected to any active directory? If yes, can you check and confirm if the connection is not failing.
  • Are you able to login with local jira administrator user?
  • Can you check the log file for error message and share here.
