After server migration, cannot see issues on Greenhopper rapidboard!

Hi,

I have just completed a server migration, and now although all of the issues are present (in the issue search) they have dropped off of the rapidboard for the given project.

I followed the instructions as per this guide:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Migrating+JIRA+to+Another+Server

In effect though I just:

- did an xml backup

- copied all of the application data folder

- installed DB and JIRA on the new server (6.1 as opposed to 5.5, will this make a difference?)

- uploaded the app folder

- started JIRA, then logged in as admin and went to import and imported the xml from the export folder.

Now in the rapidboard in Greenhopper, I see the project and the epics (although they have strange names now) but all sprint history has been lost as well as any stories in the backlog! Interestingly though if I go to configure and then run the search filter in the issue search, the correct stories are returned!!

If anyone could help we'd be eternally grateful!

Rob.

Just fixed it... It appears a re-index does the trick! :)
