After removing a drawio diagram navigation got lost with 404 error

when editing an issue, tried to remove a drawio diagram from the issue. After acknowledging the deletion, a 404 error page appears:

Not Found (404)

/secure/$%7BreturnUrl%7D

Could not find what you were looking for. Maybe you should raise an issue.
